Tune in now February 27, 2010

Posted by markgeil in Uncategorized.

I intended to post this link several days ago, but I’ve been away on business and dropped the ball. If you’re reading this in time, tune in here: http://helphaitilive.com/

It’s an all-star concert benefiting Compassion’s work in Haiti. I’ll be watching Big Kenny, Alison Krauss with Union Station featuring Jerry Douglas, Jars of Clay, Mat Kearney, Jon Foreman, Matt Wertz, Brandon Heath, Dave Barnes, Needtobreathe, and others from a laptop in a hotel room here in Chicago. The work in Haiti is far from over. At the conference I’m attending, prosthetists¬†and orthotists have done a stunning job working together to build a sustainable plan to treat Haitians who have suffered amputations and serious injuries. There was another earthquake today in Chile. Another reminder of people in faraway places who need help. Tune in tonight, and don’t forget.
